1. Our Services

Clear Home Services ("CHS," "we," "us") provides residential home services in the greater Austin, Texas area, including pool service, home maintenance, and concierge home management. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, client portal, and services. By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Agreements & Estimates

Specific services, schedules, and pricing are defined in your individual service agreement, estimate, or change order. Where those documents conflict with these general terms, the individual agreement controls. Estimates are valid until their stated expiration date and describe the anticipated scope of work; changes to scope are handled through written change orders subject to your approval.

3. Billing & Payment

Invoices are issued per your service agreement and are payable by the stated due date. Applicable Texas state and local sales taxes are itemized on your invoice. Accepted payment methods are listed on your invoice and in your client portal. Accounts with outstanding balances may have service paused until resolved.

4. Property Access

You authorize our uniformed technicians to access the areas of your property necessary to perform scheduled services. Gate codes, key arrangements, and pet instructions provided to us are stored securely and used only for service delivery.

5. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms

Program description. Clear Home Services offers an SMS notification program for customers who opt in. Messages include technician arrival and ETA alerts, visit completion confirmations, appointment reminders, and replies to customer-service inquiries. This is a transactional customer-care program; we do not send marketing or promotional texts.

Opt-in. You consent to receive these messages by signing a service agreement containing SMS consent language, by enabling SMS notifications in your client portal profile, or by texting START to our business number. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency varies with your service schedule. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-out. Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message to opt out. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which no further texts will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier.

Privacy. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.

6. Limitation of Liability

We perform all services with reasonable professional care. To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, our aggregate liability arising from any service is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated by email or portal notice. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
