4. Payment & Financial Information

We accept payment by credit card and ACH bank transfer. Payment processing is handled through QuickBooks Payments (Intuit Inc.), a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.

We do not store your full credit card numbers or bank account numbers on our systems. Payment credentials are tokenized and held by our payment processor in accordance with their security standards.

By providing your bank account information for ACH payment, you authorize Clear Home Services to initiate debit entries to your account for the amounts you have agreed to pay. You may revoke this authorization at any time by contacting us in writing with at least 3 business days' notice prior to a scheduled payment.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party vendors who process data on our behalf, including:

• Intuit / QuickBooks Payments — billing, invoicing, and payment processing
• Jobber — scheduling, dispatch, and field service management
• Netlify — website hosting and form submissions
• Google Workspace — business email and communications

Each provider is contractually required to use your data only to perform services on our behalf and to maintain appropriate security safeguards.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Clear Home Services, our customers, or others.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

6. Data Retention

• Active customer records are retained for the duration of your service relationship plus 7 years, in accordance with standard business and tax record-keeping requirements.
• Contact form submissions from non-customers are retained for up to 2 years.
• Payment transaction records are retained per the requirements of our payment processor and applicable tax law.

When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it in a secure manner.
